Booking Policy

We will require a small deposit for all Technical services. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to cancel your appointment, Please let us know in advance.

If you are able to give us at least 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment then we will be able to transfer that deposit to another appointment for you. Any later notice for whatever reason (day before/day of) then your deposit will be retained and will not be transferred. You will have to pay a new deposit to secure another booking.
